Emails you send us are kept in our business email.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting and security provider may set a cookie that is needed to protect the site from automated traffic.

This site links to AI Sherpa (aisherpa.cloud), BI Sherpa (www.bisherpa.cloud) and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. If GDPR applies, you may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request

Email info@techbridgebuilder.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days for US state laws and within one month for GDPR.

How to appeal

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@techbridgebuilder.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We will respond to appeals within the time required by law, generally 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general, for example the Texas Attorney General.

Data retention

We keep emails and contact records only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship and records. We delete them when no longer needed unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Security cookies (__cf_bm) expire after about 30 minutes.
